SEALS at
Donna nookI forgot to post this before christmas, but here are some of the lovely seals and their pups at Donna nook.

The seals are are at
Donna Nook (Lincolnsire) from about October to December.

Atlantic grey seals have been breeding at Donna Nook since the early 1970's. Pupping used only to occur on the sandbank, which is over a mile out across the mud, but now the majority of the pups are born on the edge of the dunes, which is quite unusual. The first pups appear in late October and the beaches are almost empty again by the New Year.
A few photos of my new
fish tank, which I am very excited about.

This is our bedroom: All very comfy in a nice shade of Mocha...
I have to say I have never had a new bed, and to get one is a must, from living in rented/student accomodation for the last god know how many years it is bliss to have a new bed. Even I am quite partial to a bit of a lay in on the weekend now.
